"Entrepreneurship for Young People – Join Now!!"

NGO “Cluster Initiative” was founded in 2015 as the umbrella association of young farmers and entrepreneurs from the territory of the municipality of Kolasin. The goal of the organisation is to provide mentoring and expert assistance to beginners in business, agricultural producers and associations, and to formulate local development strategies with an emphasis on rural development, youth entrepreneurship and environmental protection. The organisation has 20 individual members and three associations of producers.

"Unemployed young people usually lack the appropriate information on the possibilities of securing funds for starting their own business, as well as the practical knowledge that they need to successfully manage that business, invest in it and adopt new technologies and innovations in a timely manner." 

The overall goal of the program is to improve young people's economic and social security through easier access to the labor market and launching their own businesses. Specific objectives and results of the project include improving the business environment for young people, improving entrepreneurial knowledge and skills and providing mentoring services and converting business ideas into a business plan.
