A creation of a new e-service is an integral part of the WeB4YES vision.

This new service will enable young unemployed citizens from WB countries to do the following: 

(1) to inform themselves about the labour market in their own as well as in other WB countries through job posts available; 

(2) to inform themselves about the preconditions for young workers mobility between WB countries (e.g. labour laws for foreigners, special bilateral agreements, social insurance policies and other opportunities and obstacles); 

(3) to learn more on steps in career development and receive online career counselling; 

(4) to inform themselves on the resources in each of WB countries involved in the matters of: active labour market measures for unemployed youth, internship opportunities, business incubators, subventions and other incentives for business start-ups, special incentives for employment of young persons with disability etc.

The idea is to aggregate the most important information and services which can be found scattered online. This platform will represent a regional e-service that will connect young unemployed people from the region, improve their level of knowledge on national labour markets and the preconditions needed for entering labour market successfully. It will foster youth mobility in the WB, as well as provide them with the national e-services on spot. In that way, this platform will serve as a regional online staffing platform and will not only promote labour mobility but it will facilitate outsourcing and virtual work on the regional level.
