BOS develops human resources, improves public policies and strengthens the capacities of the civil, public and business sectors in order to develop a better society based on freedom, knowledge, and innovation.

Contributing to the development of human resources of young people, public administration representatives, the civil society, education system and the business sector.
IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC POLICIES
Improving the process of development, implementation and enhancing the quality of public policies, based on facts and evidence in priority areas through creation, public advocacy, support in implementing, monitoring and evaluation. Priority areas of public policies are: Good governance Energy, climate, and environment European integration Youth policies Education reform Improvement of employability (Career Guidance and Counseling & Linking Education and the Labour Market).
