"Step Towards the Career of Your Dreams"

Youth Can is a non-governmental, non-profit and independent civil association which aims to empower young people to take active participation in the development of a democratic society through active citizenship and social activism. The organisation was founded by young people and for young people as to share the idea of the power of youth as catalysts in today’s society.

"Our mission is to empower young people to take active participation in the development of their own community through social and youth activism as a powerful tool to change and respond to their own or the needs of the community. The four priorities that Youth Can focuses on are Youth activism, Non-formal education, Volunteerism, and Youth Policies."

The main objective of this project is to increase employability among young people in a period of 10 months, more specifically among university students, high school pupils and NEETs, firstly by launching a web platform which enables and brings to local level the concept of “job shadowing” and then by providing career guidance and acquiring skills which makes them more employable and prepared for further personal and professional development and building a career.
