Step towards the career of your dreams - Company Shuttle (Johnson Matthey)

Youth Can - Младите можат and IAESTE Macedonia are starting with the organization of the first activity of the project "Step towards the Career of Your Dreams" which they are implementing in partnership.

Company Shuttle is an international project, part of a program of several IAESTE organizations around the world, organized by students - for students, with the main purpose of establishing contact between students and companies. This is a great opportunity for students to get acquainted with the way a company works, as well as the technologies used daily.

The Company Shuttle will enable students of technical faculties to experience real-life engineering and the problems that come with it, enabling students to work on a truly professional mentored project, providing them with practical knowledge and opportunity to get in touch with companies that could be their employers or collaborators in the future.

The first company we chose to work with is Johnson Matthey. The challenge is intended for students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy and Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies.

The activity officially starts on 10.12.2019, with the company visits and participants getting acquainted with the company and their work. This will then be followed by a two-week, challenging project that will need to be done in a team of three or four and then presented in the company premises. For a well-designed project and report, students will earn 2 ECTS in line with the faculty, and there will be a prize for the winning team.

So hurry up and sign up for Company Shuttle today by filling out the form available at this link - https://companyshuttle.iaeste.org.mk/johnson-matthey

The application form is open until 3.12.2019.
