This document is based on the “Regional Report on Active Labour Market Measures of Young People” which is an analysis of national reports from six Western Balkan countries and represents a policy brief, providing in addtion to the regional research report the concrete recommendations addressing the following topics : Young people and their recognition as special categories when active measures for employment are concerned; The relationship of cooperation between the Employment services and civil society organizations; Informing young people about the existence of active employment measures; Monitoring and evaluation systems - their implementation.
