Based on the analytical Regional report "The Regional Report on Boosting Youth Employability" and regional and national consultations with key stakeholders, this  document represents a policy brief and identifies five key policy challenges in the area of youth employability relevant to all Western Balkan countries. In addition to the brief overeview of the challenges, the set of recommendations for cooperation between public institutions and civil society organizations at the national and regional level, in the field of youth employability boosting is presented.
