"Youth Business Forum 2019 – The Path of Young Entrepreneur"


Youth Business Forum is an organization founded in 2014. by young people motivated to actively solve the unemployment problem of youth in Serbia. Through the work, YBF aim to become a global platform for connecting young people, economy, government and all the relevant factors which can contribute to helping young people achieve their desired careers and in that way reduce youth unemployment in Serbia. YBF organization is on a voluntary basis, non-governmental, non-partisan, non-political and non-profit, founded for an indefinite time, engages in activities assigned for reduction of unemployment of young people through self-employment and employment according to the real labor market needs.

"The contemporary tendency in market economies has shown that the education and development of human resources, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial spirit among the young people are one of the priorities of national strategies and policies for economic progress among European countries. Development and the transformation of education, in particular, vocational education, is one of the prerequisites for overall sustainable development."

The goal of the project is to increase the employability of young people in the Republic of Serbia through the strengthening of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial spirit among young people and raising their competencies for self-employment, employment and activism.
