Training of youth in "Interaction, conflict management and comprehensiveness" Kucove, Albania

During November 21-23rd, 2019 SHFWH has organized the third training of marginalized youth in work skills, namely in "Interaction, conflict management and comprehensiveness" as a part of its project “Create opportunities for employment and self-employment of marginalized youth” under WeB4YES project – Western Balkan Civil Society Organizations for Youth Employment Support

60 marginalized youth of urban and rural areas of Kucove, Albania aged 16-30 years, have participated in the training held by experienced local trainer Vinjola Berhanaj. Youth came from families in need especially from rural families and Roma and Egyptian community.  

The training aims to inform marginalized youth on the importance of a positive interaction in work place, how to improve it and how to act when in groups and team work, roles they may take and how to succeed in achieving goals.

The trainer used informal methodologies like play roles, open discussions and brainstorming, team work etc. to effectively engage youth in positive interaction and work oriented toward specific goals.

The training succeeded to involve and keep interested marginalized youth throughout the activity. Improvement of their communication skills have benefited the training with more accurately expressive young people, willing to develop into future work force or future entrepreneurs.
