This event, held in the venue of "Sinhro Hub" in the city of Pančevo, gathered project team, partner organization "Omnibus" and potential collaborators, who had hours-long discussion on what approach is needed in formulating meaningful public policies regarding youth employability in the South Banat region. Also, the gathered individuals created the content, strategy and timeline for implementing eight field visits and eight interviews with NEET youth living in the rural areas of the South Banat region.

The event was a success, given that the researchers now have a clear and precise thematic guidelines on which specific topics to provide media coverage to when speaking about the issue of employability of NEET youth in the rural areas of Serbia.
