Capacity building for local civil society organizations

On 28 and 29 of March, within the framework of the regional project WEb4YES (Western Balkans Civil Society Organizations for Youth Employment), LENS conducted a capacity building training for local civil society organizations.

The training was focused on 2 parts: 1) Strategic planning of employment policies and youth entrepreneurship at national level, 2) Develop effective strategies and communication tools for policy advocacy

The main goal during these two days training was to create a better understanding labour market, national and regional employment policies and also to understand the process of advocacy related to this specific field.

11 Civil Society Organizations coming from different municipalities had the chance to go through the process of advocacy and understood the importance of the stakeholder in the advocacy process. We expect these civil society organizations to be a key factor in addressing the challenges young people face in employment and entrepreneurship.
