Between 20 and 22 March, ADP-Zid has organized a training named "Strenghtening the capacities of organisatons in the field of employment policies through the development of public policies and public advocacy", which was held in Hotel Aurel, Podgorica. The training was organized as part of the Web4YES project, and has covered various topics, ranging from the legal and political employment framework, to employability and youth entrepreneurship. More specifically, the training emphasized the need for creating more space for the involvement of CSOs in the process of development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of youth employment policies, the need for defining advocacy policies and framing the advocacy process in the context of policy development, as well as the usage of research results in the advocacy process and defining advocacy goals and plans. Training participants were representatives of respective organisations that target the youth and other vulnerable groups from the emplyoment standpoint.
