"Center for education and transparency" successfully organized 2 webinars for NEET youth in the framework of our project "Towards bigger employability of NEET youth from the south Banat region".Held on May the 21st and 29th 2020, these webinars were implemented as the 7th and 8th project workshops in a digital environment, due to the situation regarding corona virus.

Through these organized webinars, a group of 25 young and active participants had the opportunity to learn about careers of the future, about important information regarding labour market in Serbia and also to learn useful and practical recommendations and tricks for writing a compenent CV. The participants were content about the knowledge they acquired and they were interested in learning more about future careers.

CETRA's expert had the opportunity to discuss and gather important information from our participants about:

- the specific issues that themselves face in the process of youth empowerment in the countryside;

- potential entrepreneurship activities, programs and ideas that can be implemented for the betterment of the current situation in south Banat region;

- harnessing youth capacities for developing local entrepreneurship ecosystem;

The whole series of workshops have been very useful in terms of empowering a selected group of over 100 NEET young people on the subjects of career counseling and career guidance, social entrepreneurship, informal education programs and continual desire for improving oneself.
