After completing the second set of 5 innovative workshops within the project "Creating and implementing an innovative program and approach in youth employment, employability and creative, social entrepreneurship" within the WeB4YES project we organized an event "good practice youth entrepreneurs" in Novi Sad, with the aim of developing an entrepreneurial spirit of youth, getting to know each other and connecting. The aim of the event is to create better conditions for all those who have yet to take the first entrepreneurial step, as well as expand the network of socially responsible entrepreneurs.

We realize the event "good practice youth entrepreneurs" with the idea to present examples of good practice of young entrepreneurs. Guests: Predrag Milovanovic was the founder of Organela organic farm, Jovana Pantelic was the founder of Šećernema, making raw cakes without sugar, Nemanja Zivkovic CEO and co-Founder of digital agency Funky Marketing and a youth worker. The moderator was Miljana Vorkapic Vicek sociologist from the Center for the Development of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem.

The event was attended by over 35 people, including 30 young people.

The aim of the event as well as the project is to create better conditions for the development of youth entrepreneurship, based on social understanding and support for youth entrepreneurship and innovation.Through an innovative training program on youth employment, participants learned creative ways to develop their careers and learned first how to develop themselves, and then a business idea that has market potential.
