TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP - DEVELOPING ENTREPRENEURIAL AND BUSINESS SKILLS IN YOUTH

Association for enrivonmental improvement E group and Centre for youth INPUT have organized tranining in the field of entrepreneurship for youth. The training was organized at the premises of the Employers Association Zenica. As the participants were divided into two groups, training for the first group was organized on Monday 24 February and for the second group on Tuesday 25 February 2020. The training was divided into two parts. In the first part, the following topics were presented and elaborated:

• Introduction to entrepreneurship

• Development of entrepreneurship

• Creating business ideas and selecting products

• Small business development

• Negotiating with banks and financial institutions

The second part of the training was reserved for the business plan. Since one of the outputs of the project is a completed business plan, the participants were explained in detail what the business plan should look like, what it should contain and how to make it properly.

The lectures were very interesting and useful and the participants were provided with detailed information regarding the mentioned fields. Some of the participants are planning to start their own businesses and they stated that these lectures were extremely important to them and that they learned the information they needed to start up a business. They also stated that they were very interested in continuing their education and felt that there should be a lot more of such activities so that young people could show that they are not as passive as others represented them. They think that they can do a lot for their community, only if they are given an opportunity.
