"HEI Student Internship in NGOs - towards a functional bridge across WB (HEIntern<>NGO)" project, is currently implementing  by INNOVA LAB Bitola with collaboration of Inlsh Icla - Institute for Change and leadership Albania and WBAA – Western Balkan Alumni Association, under  the  WeB4YES program - Western Balkan Civil Society for Youth Employment Support.

Our interns at WEB4YES with numerous activities in December, at the highest level have shown their commitment, ambition, creativity and desire for creating, sharing and changing.

Namely, all of the six interns on December 4, 2019 participated in the preparations for the Volunteering Fair, and most professionally presented our organization there. To the attendees they presented the benefits of active involvement in the civil sector and what opportunities INNOVA LAB Bitola offers to the volunteers.

Immediately afterwards, on December 14, 2010, our WEB4YES Interns created and implemented a volunteer action for building houses for homeless dogs, which took place within the project "Social Responsibility - Homeless Pet Care and Recycling".

And, at the end of December, 28.12.2019, once again they confirmed their organizational, team and presentation skills. They completely designed and realized the final event for promotion to the Strategic Plan of INNOVA LAB for 2020-2022, where all organizational and logistic activities were realized by our dedicated interns.  At the same time they presented the INOVA LAB’s annual report for 2019.

The first group of interns confirm their benefits through this three-month internship: to learning by doing, organizational skills development, team skill,  planning and creativity , presentation, networking, writing and implementing projects, report preparation and many other activities.

Since the beginning of January 2020, the second group of Interns of INNOVA LAB Bitola has started with activities. They together with their mentors from NGO and academic sector have defined future plans, goals and activities.
