During December 2019, "Center for education and transparency - CETRA" successfully organized first round of workshops for youth from the south Banat region. The main focus of the two workshops has been on how to successfully create professional resume (CV) and how to properly draft a motivation letter in order to get the employer's attention during the job application process.

These workshops, held in the city of Pančevo, gathered in total twenty eager young people, who had extensive discussion with CETRA's expert on issues interesting and important for them, especially in the realm of career support and career councelling.
