"Youth Entrepreneurship Academy"
CEPS is the leading organisation in Montenegro which is engaged in the promotion and development of social entrepreneurship, social enterprises and social innovations. As an organisation, they are active in the field of entrepreneurship development, youth empowerment and socio-economic development. Currently, they provide free mentoring to social enterprises, young entrepreneurs and start-ups through a support program that they have developed with the support of the EFSE Fund.
"We strive to contribute to the creation of better conditions for the upbringing, maturation, life and work of young people in our community with their ideas and projects. As values we care, we can mention teamwork, tolerance, transparency, as well as readiness and openness for new experiences and knowledge."
The overall objective of the project is to empower young people to be active in the area of youth employment, employability and entrepreneurship. Among specific objectives included are the development of knowledge and skills of young people who want to become entrepreneurs, and career counseling support for youth.
